UK 2nd Class £2.80 Free delivery over £50.00 Time 3 – 5 working days approx.

UK 1st Class £3.30 Free delivery over £70.00 Time 1 – 3 working days approx.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have up to 28 days after you receive your goods to return your order if for any reason you are not satisfied or require an exchange. Your return must include a copy of the delivery note to allow for a refund. The conditions in which an exchange or return can be made are that the product is unused, unwashed and with the tags still attached. Please be aware: Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Refunds can take up to 14 days to reach your account/credit card, however we aim to process these as soon as we receive the returned goods. We will only issue refunds via the payment method you used to place the order. All refunds will exclude postage and packaging costs.

Exchanges will take 1-3 working days to be re-despatched. If any problems occur with an exchange (i.e. colour or size unavailable) you will be notified immediately via email.

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are returned after the 28 day grace period has expired, or items that are not in the same condition you received them in. 




All exchanges should be shipped in a secure/watertight package.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Please note that recipients outside the EU will be responsible for any import duties, clearance fees or brokerage fees including any other additional charges. We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.

Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

We recommend you contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price prior to purchase.
